Hybrid Learning at Hagley College

 Students who are isolating and not unwell are expected to continue learning via accessing work on their class Team. There are several ways to do this including using the Posts section of the class Team, or creating an Assignment. Teachers can also use the Class Notebook to distribute a page to the students notebook with what has been or is going to be covered that lesson or week:

Try to think of the students who are not in the class in front of you first. Can the main learning activities still be completed while away from school or at a different time? While not applicable to every lesson, the example above enables all students to learn and keep up with what is happening in class even if they are not at school. 

To distribute a page into each student's notebook use the distribute page function in the class notebook. Click here for details. You may like to distribute a page with today's date as the title and distribute the page to a meaningful section within the students notebook so it is easy for students to find. You may like to label students notebook sections with each term or the name of a topic or achievement standard. To change the name of the student sections, click manage notebook:
