What is Teams?

Microsoft Teams is a digital platform already set up for your class. By default, all Teams are set up with a space for conversations, a storage area for files, a OneNote Class Notebook and an area for assignments and quizzes. These areas help to create an online space which can eliminate the need for teachers to use multiple tools to communicate and work (such as email, google drive, social media etc) with students. Perhaps the greatest benefit of Teams is that it enables the teacher to see students work and progress in real time.
Teams are customisable, so teachers can add tabs for Excel, PowerPoint YouTube or many more applications.
All Teams are set up by ICT and are ready to access by your students. See this blog post on how to access your Team for details.
